False accusation

So i got a builders card through RCS in april 2015 and signed for them to debit my account on the first of each month after. In may they call me saying i did not pay. I told them I signed for a debit order and they said they will fix it. So i made a manual payment. Come June same story and I asked again why was the account not debited and they said they will fix it. Now in july the same thing. No i found out my account is being outsourced to debt collectors and is affecting my Credit record. THis is ********. RCS got paid late because they never actioned my debit order. Utter disgraceful service. I phoned in now to speak to a senior consultant and have been holding for over an hour. This is negatively impacting on my home loan application and can cost me dearly!! You are a disgrace RCS. <br> <br> Never ever use these people. Anyone thinking of getting an account don't use them they suck big time and will try and blame all their incompetence on you!!
