Failure to provided Refund

I had a loan with RCS,they were very efficient & I got my loan.I was able to pay back RCS early.I was unable to go online or the bank so i went to Foschini( were it says you can pay on the website AND doesnt specify not loans)in Adderley street Cape Town on the 4 June.I sent an email to [Email Removed] on 11 June showing proof of payment. I then phoned the call centre to let them know as well. i was then told that they no longer really worked with Foschini (funny because they are still listed on the rcs website).I was told that they would retrieve the money from foschini and i was happy with this.I then learnt that my account was still being deducted(2Jul&2Aug2015).I was told i would only get Aug amount not July as this(July) has passed.I also needed to get a statemnt from the bank showing Aug deduction.I find this unfair as i sent proof of payment and phoned them before July deduction. They knew they deducted so why should i have to suffer.I was initially very impressed with RCS now iam dissapointed. This was money that i had budgeted for transport to work for the month.I was told i can only get Aug money once foschini pays.So were does that leave me.(borrowing
