failing to close my account

Hi all <br> <br> I have been up and down for three months already asking everybody for advice even calling RCS head office regarding my account and asking why I keep on getting monthly bills after I have called in getting settlement amounts to close the account month after month RCS head office reassure me after faxing my documents through to them twice that my account will be closed and yet tonight after two weeks I get other sms saying I need to come and make an immediate payment because my account is in its arrears every month for the last three month this company has been steeling money from me first it was R136.00 then I went to Tygervalley Incredible to settle the account RCS head office told me pay in R150 and then you done month later I had to pay in more money after I was told the account is closed now after all this **** I'm going through I went back faxing my paper work to them and yet I get another bill can someone from RCS head office help please because I'm about to explode and get this dam account close because this time I'm not paying a dam cent because I keep on paying money for not using this dam account.<br> <br> close that dam account that I settled 3 months ago!!!
