Extremely bad experience with RCS

I just recieved information that I am owing R31922 to RCS auto. I don't know anything about this. This is extremely frustrating and calling your customer line is not helping, your agents are not helping at all. The ******** even used an incorrect ID number but still the loan is under my name. I have never heard of RCS before. How do I go about clearing this? Can anyone advise me
