Exhausting refund runaround

I sent RCS claims dept the requested docs end of Oct last year for my credit refund and to date I have not received it.I did numerous follow up calls and emails. I also emailed their complaints dept twice for their help but still nothing.They didnt even bother to at least call me to enquire on my emails.The call centre keeps saying its escalated and now the consultant said theres a backlog with refunds & RCS email replies comes few days or a week after with same automated replies on my matter.Surely this refund matter can't be on escalation since Oct 2024 until now.
