excellent customer service

I spoke to Liyabona from the ***** dept, she was so patient and professional, apparently they are timed, but she did not cut my line , like the 2 consultants before her cut my calls because they have to be 6minutes on a call not more - but Liyabona was so patient and went an extra mile- today I spoke to Pontsho I think she is from the customer services dept , she is very well spoken and very nice lady , Thank you ladies - I was frustrated with RCS, but you made my experience a little comfortable.
