Enough is enough now!!!!!

So on 24/01/2020 I Reported on Hellopeter of an unautherized purchase on my Game account. Still no response. I have been looking at the 16 pages of complaints of ***** and ********l behaviour of RCS just from 1st Jan 2020. They only send automated responses and don't even bother to contact any of the complaintants or try to solve their problems. I think it is time that an official investigation is done on the things that is going on there. I will be reporting this to various instatutions including Carte Blanche.

24 Jan 2020, 12:34 NO RESPONSE An unauthorized purchase of more than R12000 was made on my Game card account. I only knew about it because I receive sms's of all transactions on my card. I immidietly blocked my card and send all the necessary documents (police affidavit, copy of my ID and Game card) to the RCS *****/ disputes. I have had no response. If you actually respond quiker you could solve cases by checking where the transaction was done and also checking cameras in the store itself. I have been a client of yours for years and you really disappoint me.
