EMPTY PROMISES, NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON
I am still waiting for a response with regards to the closure of my account that was promised to be done by 22 June 2020 and my refund promised to be refunded by latest 19 June 2020. I am very disappointed and highly upset that neither of these have been sorted out, nobody knows what is going on and still nobody has phoned me. Please advise?
