Email adress changed without consent

Out of nowhere, I am received my statement on my work address. Like what the actual hell is going on over there? i never changed my email adress with RCS for either my PNP card nor my Edgars account. up until August i have received them in my personal inbox Never have I ever opted in with this adress and we have a strict policy at work around using work platforms for personal matters. No one responds to emails and PNP told me to call in to change it. 25mins of holding for an agent, the call was just cut and sent for customer survey!!!!
