Edgars Sales Agents

I went into Edgars today at Cresta Mall Shopping Centre in Johannesburg. While shopping, I was approached by these sales agents who firstly couldn't take no for an answer. His name is Tshepiso and he first asked if I was interested in opening an account. I said no but he persisted to say as I was walking away that I can qualify for a R2000 voucher. So I heard him out and gave him all info and i still haven't received any voucher. But instead I started getting phone calls that I am going to be debited for an initiated fee and a monthly fee thereafter which I wasn't even told of. I canceled everything but I still haven't received any R2000 voucher which I was promised.
