Edgars RCS RETAILABILITY = NO SERVICE!!!

EDGARS RCS cannot even close an account! I have been trying to close my account for two weeks now. Now after 2weeks they suddenly need my ID!!! Retailability`s phone number is useless!!! EDGARS CEO PLEASE PHONE ME ASAP!!!
