Edgars RCS no response to query from end June 2022

I am so frustrated. I have been trying from June to try and understand were an amount of R4k that I paid to Edgar's went too. I paid it incorrectly and I sent, proof from the bank that I paid it plus all the other details that was requested but it is now the end of September and there is no response. I have emailed numerous times, called the call center and spoke to various people, they keep saying they made a not and someone will call me but I have still not received any feedback. It is unacceptable that customers have to suffer when we have a queries nut if anyone is even a day late to pay Edgar's there will be people calling immediately. Where are these people now. Rcs for Edgar's can someone please assist.
