Edgars providing incorrect information for credit checks!

If I could make this 0 stars I would Recently I have been going through the interview process, after checks were done the recruiter told me that I owe Edgards 400+ on my account. This had already been paid last year yet it still on my profile. Not something on my statements though so really unacceptable. Please sort this out asap!
