Edgars... mobile subscription ****

Unsuspecting customers, please check your statements carefully.....you are being charged for subscriptions that you did not sign up for. When you contact the ridiculous call centers, you are directed to IUA, Blue label and who know else is in on the Edgars bandwagon... Since Nov last year I have called, emailed and escalated these charges... to date there has been no refund. When you call or email these call centres you receive their standard email response... one of the consultants will be in touch. No one gets in touch until we as customers follow up. Zero integrity, zero customer service, the sad reality is that other unsuspecting customers probably do not check their statements.
