Edgars Issues with EDCON to RCS handover

Anyone else having issues with the Edgards EDCON to RCS handover Anyone else having issues with the Edgards EDCON to RCS handover and an increasing monthly outstanding payment, regardless of monthly payments and no purchases?

I have queried this numerous times and have just sent through a final email to: edg*************** *********** *********** ***********

Seems to date I only get an automated responses and sometimes a phone call from some call centre agent that can't answer the question. I am now requesting (and I recommend all others to do the same) a written emailed response wihin the 5 day working period as per the automated response you receive, with an explanation of my accounts outstanding balance rising.

I have spent several days compiling an excel sheet pre and post the EDCON to RCS handover, and if you have not had a look at your statements I recommend you do.

According to my calculations RCS owes myself and I am sure many others a considerable amount of money, however I do admit I could always be wrong, but i would need a detailed response as to how they do there calculations?.

From what I can figure out the issue seems to be in the statement where they would have moved your EDCON monthly debit amounts into a bottom purchase column with an added on interest which was previously already calculated into the payment lines of the EDCON statements, secondidly it seems that some monthly fixed fees (funeral policies, VIP membership, etc) for policies on your Edgars account may now also be incurring Interest.

From the calculations I am running the EDCON account statements correspond perfectly and the monthly account balance drops and all sums add up. However during the handover of two months and RCS accounts going forward i can not get the monthly statements to balance or correspond. If I run the sheet as per the EDCON calculations with the increases of policies my account should be considerably lower.

For me it is not about getting a refund or out of my account as the amount I owe is minimal and could be settled. It is a about been their client for many years and receiving 0 service and then this?. I mainly have the account for the policies, insurance etc and having a good credit rating.

Hopefully they will finally start responding to the pages and pages of complaints on Hello Peter as this service is disrepectful to all it's clients and if I am correct ********.

I am sure a company as large as RCS has trained capable accounts administrators who can manage a simple handover, so it does make one wonder if there isn't more at play?.

Could it be a case of comercial crime?? https://www.icasa.org.za/pages/report-*****.

I would recommend this be brought to the attention of Regan Adams, CEO of the RCS Group who seems to publicly comment on all news articles.

If it is an error from the handover I would suggest a public address and for all account debits to be ceased with no additional charges until clients receive the rectified statements, as I cannot see how you can legally take payments without correct statements?

I will not be putting my details for the EDGARS RCS division as stated I have sent a final email and if not addressed within the 5 working days I will be taking further steps.
