Edgars customer care

Edgars customer care is not reliable at all I app**** for cash advance two weeks ago and was promised money will be deposited in my account within 48hrs and guess what it's been two weeks now of empty promises and me sending emails of which they take their time to respond to and they will tell you the matter will be escalated and even if you call them they will promise you that they will call you back and never do. Not forgetting that they are very quick to call you or your workplace if you skip one month of payment. Very poor service I won't even give them a rating at all
