Edgars App not allowing me to log in - help number given not helping

Good day. I am writing on the RCS link as the Edgars one doesn't get any replies on any complaints ever.

I see at least this thread does get replies. I downloaded the Edgars App. Can't log in for months now. Keep saying attempts exceeded giving number to call. So I called the number today and after holding a long time using up quite some airtime, before getting connected to an operator, I was told that the app isn't currently working. There's maintenance being done on the app.

So he didn't mention how long this maintenance has been ongoing or for how long it will last. But I know that it has been some months having this problem.

Must I delete the app? Because it seems useless. Even the store personnel haven't got an idea what to do.

But strangely enough on playstore reviews up to yesterday people are saying the app is working.

Don't understand what is going on and why Edgars/RCS haven't got personal that knows how to handle this problem.
