Edgars and rcs trying to ***** from us check your accounts people you might find charges you don't know

My wife has had an account with Edgars (account number ***) for years then ***** was committed on her account which she reported to the police and Edgars and rcs who own Edgars and it was resolved then she suspended her account which means you cannot buy on it during this time she only had a funeral cover which she paid every single month without fail, then she received an invoice from them saying she owns R 1206.04 which she then contacted them to find out what is the amount for as the account has been suspended for years and nothing has been bought on the account and the funeral cover is paid every single month but until today they have not sent any documents to explain this but demand payment they even avoid lawyers who tried to contact them so that they could clarify this amounts. We have actually sent another email (edg*******) to inform them that we don't owe them any money and can they please explain this and to stop ignoring the lawyers
