Edcon Accoint
I had an Edcon account which I closed over 4 yrs ago. Now recently am receiving calls from RCS which took over from Edcon that i now have an outstanding balance of R300, which i dont know where it comes from. I have tried contacting them telephonically and even when to an Edgars account to enquire and there is no answer instead they keep on transferring me to different departments. I am totally dissatisfied with their service as I dont get explanation about this balance.
