<p>I went to Blackhearth Engine garage at 12am this morning to buy cigarettes...2 packs of 20's cost R79...n surely my RCS card (plan B) had R85 available...at 23:40 I check online before driving to the garage...lady by the name of Anna assisted me with purchase...card got declined twice n with an attitude I was told the machine is offline that's why it's declining...ok at 00:21 I check the balance money gone m sitting on -R45.97...in Jesus name pls tell me *** happened cos the card got declined?</p>
