EasyPay Payment trace
RCS has given EasyPay numbers for payments yet they cant allocate those payments to the account. Its been over 4 months now yet they are very quick to call requesting overdue payments. Sent proof of payments to the WhatsApp number, emailed it more than 3 times but still?!! Received a response from a Nicole stating R100 payment is reflecting yet the proof of payment attached to the mail was for R400.00. I received yet another call from their Collections but my payment query is still not resolved. Once you pay they say contact customer services..then they say contact Collections. Pathetic service!
