Double debit on purchased Items using RCS game card
I made a purchase at Game store for R 862.88 using the RCS account and after a week, the statement reflects a double purchase of R 862.88. I tried the call centre, which advised me to return to the store i made the purchase but the store is literally 1000 km's away from where I stay. Why can't you guys just resolve it yourselves? I have to purchase a flight ticket to Limpopo from cape town just to resolve the issue? I am not happy at all.
