DONT WONNA CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
I paid off my account and asked them to close it off on the 31/08/2015,I emailed all the relevant documents to [Email Removed] but till today my account is still not closed, still reflecting on my credit report.<br> WHAT A POOR SERVICES \RCS"<br> <br> Am told you don't have telephone numbers for closure department only email and fax"
