dont have account at rcs

rcs says i have an account by them,but i dont.they handed me over.the person that opended an acount by them are mr k smith.he used my id number or written his id number wrong and now they handed me over.i an NOT mr k smith. i explained it to the acounts department at rcs and never heard something back from them.i asked for a copy of the contract or account and im still waiting.they are useless
