Don't ever use RCS you will be making it hard for yourself

RCS you are disgusting! I have been on the phone for the last 5 days tryi g to get an ITC off my name for a loan that was never in arrears and paid up more than a year ago! I have sold my house knowing that my finances are in order only to find out that my bond gets declined for a judgement issued by yourselves! I sit with 80 odd year old parents and a house that has been sold. The bank won't look at or consider a loan even with a letter stating the loan is paid up cause of the ITC. You have messed my life up!

Call centre is useless! I want a letter stating the exact date which I paid the loan not a letter stating the loan is paid! I want a letter stating that RCS messed up by blacklisting me! Which I can't seem to get! A letter saying the loan is paid up in full still makes me look like i was in arrears. What do I have to do to get this sorted! I am now having to try get this removed off my name! Please remove me from your data base!
