Doing business for the last time with harassment

Due to foreseen circumstances , inflation cost of living fuel groceries etc , things hasn't always been good financially. I will be the first to say I've made an arrangement with regards to Makro RCS in order to pay off the account and eventually settle it. Yet daily I am called and need to answer the same questions over and over again. It's as if I've racked up millions in debt and I need to be hunted down I've mentioned a million times I can afford payment now but will do in end of September so WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PROBLEM.
