Do Not trust RCS and their Lack of Service

RCS is useless as i have been de*****ed out of so much money from 2 of my cards and they said i must pay the money back, but i have been calling their offices for 5 days 3 times a day, for 20 min just to get a resolution letter and they cannot provide it. Also, they know of the company in CPT that is de*****ing their clients but do not inform us as when I called their consultants, they said they know about the number and the company. This is how they make money of us as consumers, as they allow us to be de*****ed and we must pay the money back. Our information has been leaked by someone in RCS as how do the de*****ing people have all our details, including card numbers and ID numbers.
