Do not open an account with RCS GAME Stores! Take your business elsewhere!! Be warned!!

RCS GAME Stores is *******!!! Do not open a Game stores account. I had an account with them and went it to pay and settle the account. The following month month I get an email statement saying I owe them R98 I thought it was a n error that amount had grown exponentially. I went I to GAME Midlands Mall Pietermaritzburg guns blazing and eventually i paid that R198 interest on a zero balance and I told them I want the account closed. I even spoke to the RCS guys on the phone and by the way they have a very rude manager i don't think his mama taught him manners. Needless ro say, after that payment and walking away witg tge understanding that the matter has been settled. Boom!! I get blasted with another statement with a new outstanding interest on a zero balance. And today I am receiving a letter of demand! Do not. I repeat do not open an account with RCS GAME stores!! Take your business elsewhere
