DO NOT EVER TAKE A LOAN FROM RCS

RCS. Where do I begin. I took a loan last year, which they were not crenels happy to assist me with. Fast forward a year later, I get multiple phone calls and sms’s stating I have not paid my loan when I’m fact it was debited from my account in full on the agreed date. Yesterday, I come to find that they have been debiting my account for twice for my monthly instalment! I am owed a total of R2000 which RCS has ****** from me! They then go on to tell me that the money ****** from me will only be refunded to me in 7 days and that I should probably go to my bank to sort this out. I am now having to go out of my way to get money back that they stole from me! I saw out of frustration on my call with and RCS assistant yesterday evening and was told that I must consider myself lucky because it is 6 o clock on a Friday night and that she is still assisting me. I’m pretty sure this is what she is employed for and gets paid to do. To say I am fuming is an understatement! I cannot feed my family because of this! Please DO NOT ever take a loan with RSC! They are quick to take your money but dont want to assist up when they owe you money!
