Dissappinted on Carvella Spitz shoes!!!

I purchased Carvella shoes at Festival Mall on the 28 September 2021 size 7. When i wore them there was discomfort on the left shoe,i wore them for about 2 to 4 hours took them off because of the left shoe that was so uncomfortable. I emailed Spitz telling them the shoes are not of the same size i was then helped by the lady by the name of Nomfundo Mnculwane she told me to return them so they can review them so yesterday 11 October 2021 i returned them the mananger was so ******** and arrogant she told me that there is nothing wrong with the shoes she called her Boss and the boss says they can't help me because i have worn them now they cant resell them,whose problem should that be? Mind you i purchased these shoes worth R2094.00 cash now they say they cant help me really? I am a customer and i have to be happy and comfortable with what i purchase there is no damages done on the shoes but yet they can't help me.

Money don't come easy,we work for it so i can't throw my hard work as sweat just like that. If i am not getting help im taking it to Twitter and Facebook and i also require an apology from that mananger and her Boss because next time i go there i will cause a scene because i know my right. Im never setting my foot as Spitz ever again you have lost a customer im very angry
