Dissapointed

Not impressed at all.

I did an application for a personal loan a few days ago. Got an email and sms saying that cant verify my vanking details, so I really cant understand why as I accept debit orders on there and all that and its on my payslip. So I send an a proof of banking details from bank. (Got from app).

Received a call about 3 times, each time no one speaks but I can cleary hear them (the noise in the centre as everyone speaks). Again there is no problem with my phone, they just dont speak and put down. Other times it rings for seconds and stops.

I even app**** for a cresit card wich i then realised is also via RCS. Wont be continiuing with that.

I want to know if they are helping me with this loan or if i should go somewhere else. I did online so as I rwad alot about the rcs loan and seem more convinient not having to go in and all that. But at this stage I might as well go to an bank.

Either get this done *approved or not* or cancel this application.
