Disgusting service and un-allocated payments

If I could give Zero stars I would. I have been making EFT payments to my RCS account since June 2020, on this 9th of September 2020 I have received yet another call that no payment has been received since March 2020. After forwarding the proof of payment to several different consultants the issue is still not resolved. As a result of their incompetence and total lack of customer service, my credit score is ruined and cannot get approval for the smallest finance applications. This is the absolute most *********** finance/Credit provider I have ever dealt with. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. They have no passion or work ethic nor the will to actually to their jobs.

Absolutely disgusting service.
