disgusting customer service
Rcs has disappointed me so badly, all I needed was a Paid up Letter after paying off my debt. I have been sent from pillar to post also given names of people I cannot trace. The last was for this Abraham to cc me with an email address that is not recognized. For me to ever have anything to do with any of the companies they deal with I would be a fool, as they are making a fool of me now.
