Disgusting

The experience was not that satisfying, they are too quick to request for payments than dealing with customer issues. I have tried 3 times now to close the account with them and unfortunately the account is still active. I paid the full outstanding amount and request that they close the account but hey I'm still getting statements and letters stating that I'm still owing. This has an ongoing thing since mid June after I made a settlement payment. I'm literally disgusted with you guys
