Disgusted with Rcs

To say I am appalled by their lack of attention to customers request is an understatement, got a call from one of their agents offering me a cash advance on my game account and I accepted. A few minutes after that I decided otherwise and was on the phone with another agent asking her to cancel the cash advance... a few minutes after that they credit my account after I told them to cancel.. i have been calling rcs asking them to reverse the money that it's my account and nothing has been done. Its like they are forcing me to pay interest on the loan that I have asked them to reverse for days. I am so frustrated and mad I will never recommend their services to anyone they are the worst entity to deal with and their agents are rude...
