Disgusted in Game RCS

I would advise everyone NEVER to open a Game Mystore account EVER!

I have recently become unemployed so I app**** for customer protection and sent through all my relevant documentation so the rest of my instalments would be covered.

Recently I got a statement from Game stating that I owe R3055.74 on my account (which is weird because I app**** for customer protection) and when I go onto the Game self-service it says that I don’t owe anything on my account so here I am thinking that my claim was processed and I don’t owe anything! Nothing was communicated to me about the fact that the claim was not processed and meanwhile the account just keeps going up and up and I don’t have money to pay it because as I mentioned I am UNEMPLOYED!

Please tell me what is the point of paying the customer protection fee every month then?
