Disgusted and Appalled by RCS customer service

Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service i have received from RCS over the last two weeks. No concern for their customers and the queries received by their customers. I advise anybody who is deciding on whether to apply for a RCS card or not, DO NOT apply with them and save yourselves a lifetime of frustration.

I will also be making it known to everybody i communicate with regarding store cards to AVOID RCS AT ALL COSTS!!
