Disgusted

What is the purpose of RCS' dispute section? I understand that several online purchases were made on my boyfriend's account. he duly advised the relevant people that this was a case of *****. He was asked to send a copy of his ID, RCS card and an affidavit stating that he had no knowledge of said purchases. He sent the requested info, even sent a follow up email, no response from RCS. He is now being harassed by a collection agency, MBD, calling and sending smses at all hours of the day. he is getting no joy in settling this matter with them. Being blatantly told they won't stop calling until they get an instruction from RCS. What is he meant to do?????????? he wouldn't even know how to order anything online. This treatment is absolutely disgusting, especially to a long standing client that always paid his debt on time.

Well, I'm still waiting for RCS to get in touch with me. In the meantime, my boyfriend is still being harassed by MBD. Yesterday he received a snotty sms , 'Don't want to speak to us? Then pay R100 on your RCS GP account to avoid further action. Call MBD on ***. Ref..... '
why would he pay for something that he is not liable for? I think RCS is taking people for granted. They think he will pay this stupid debt just to shut them up. Its not going to happen. Are RCS' customers not important to them? Perhaps they don't need our support and loyalty. I suggest they just let us know.
