Disgrantled employee who never got paid after two months of work

I was hired by RCS as a flexitemp and my supervisor was XolileMavuso,the temping role was supposed to be for three months but after they die not pay me my salary after two months I am appalled that everytime I ask when my payment will be made they say they are still following up with Hr and Payroll. The worst part is that they didn't initially want to give me a copy of my contract so even if I try to take it the legal route what standing will I have. They are a company that does not keep to its promises I am disapointed,frustrated and appalled by how they have treated me as they temporary staff.
