Discussed with service or lack thereof

I had/have a loan with RCS my husband and I were under debt review. Last year during lockdown neither of us was earning a full salary so I decided to pay my Creditors directly. I don't have or haven't had a problem with any of them except for RCS . They haven't reflected the payments that I made into their account on my account, they handed me over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys who requested the proof of payments. They too couldn't trace or get my payments from RCS. I was paying Norton Lambrianos Attorneys and went to Legalwise for advice. Legalwise told me that RCS should never have handed me over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys as I'm under debt review. Now RCS and Norton Lambrianos Attorneys say that I was handed over to Vericredit, neither of them have allocated the payments that I made last year against my account. They both say that vericredit must sort out the allocations of the monies that I paid over to RCS ? I sent Vericredit an email and received an email back stating that they don't have me on their records???
