Discount voucher never added to my account as per sms

Hi.

I've sent two e-mails regarding an sms that I received on the 23rd of November 2017. I still haven't received any feedback. It's ridiculous.

I went and spent over R1000 and up till now I haven't received the R500 back.

Would you please let me know why this hasn't been done???

I hope I get some response this time around because I'm really getting fed up now.
