Discount request
It doesnt give me joy to write this complaint. My 4 accounts with RCS has default listing.. at the moment i have R10 000 to settle all 4.. im currently in the process of emmigranting to another country i will be living on the 8 Nov and will. I have contacted one of your EDC and they are unwilling to assist with obtaining a discount that can afforr me to settle all my accounts with RCS with 10k I want to settle before i travel

03 Nov 2024, 22:36I logged a complaint on the 30th of October requesting for settlements discount for my 4 accounts as i have advised that i have 10k and i would like to settle before i leave the country . Does this mean that RCS doesnt want my money..
On the 30 I was told that ess support will send me the letters.. i send them an email on the 31at requesting for those letters , i was aaked for an ID and i provided them with it till today the is no response
Why are my emails ignore?
My i please get the settlement discounts letters please ..
