Disappointed
I have a Pic N Pay Account with RCS and was sent an SMS to use the Ozow link for payment but trust me it's a hell of pain as they cannot allocate the payments and always sending me "account in arrears" .I make sure to pay on time monthly to avoid such but the call center can only do an escalation. From Feb the 24th till mow😔 I'm really disappointed.
