did not act on their promise

By mistake I overpaid my account and asked RCS to please refund me the money, it has taken a month to try and get the refund and on Wednesday 24/02/2016 they promised me the money would be transferred by lunchtime on that day and could expect the money in my account between 24 -48 hours. Well nothing yet and on doing an account query on my RCS account I see that the money is still in that account, which means they have not even transferred the money out, so I am now tired of the lies and run around they have given me.<br> <br> Can some action this urgently!!!
