Desperate for Some Assistance

On 25 September I made payment via my new FNB account. This was after a lengthy call with one of your agents who took me through the process. I misunderstood the payment reference I must use, so it was incorrect. On 10 October, after I notice the payment was still not reflecting, I called you again, I was asked to send proof of payment which I did. On 12 October, payment was still not reflecting and I called again and was told it could take up to 72 Hours once payment has been received for the matter to be resolved. On 15 October, I received an SMS and e-mail to say I haven’t made payment and I need to do so, so I called again only to be told again 72 Hours once payment has been received for the matter to be resolved. My card was then suspended On 21 October i received an e-mail saying "We are pleased to inform you that the payment/s has been sent to our Finance department for allocation" On 25 October I made another payment (my normal monthly) Yesterday my card was suspended again I have now been on the phone with RCS twice today (calls totaling 1 hour) trying to sort this out...have just been told my 25 SEPTEMBER PAYMENT IS STILL NOT REFLECTING... I have done everything my side to sort this out and I am so upset at this point and worried about my credit record I can provide phone records of all the times i have been on the line with RCS this past month... Just feels like no-one at RCS cares to get this sorted...
