Delined application no reasons taking matter to ombudsman

My credit application was declined. I called to get reasons none were provided. I have a healthy credit record of over 660 score. I pay my accounts on time..only pay 2 bonds,mtn and car insurance as far as monthly commitments goes.

Credit facility is a legal right and it it cannot be denied for no reason. The lady i spoke to named Nuha said my application was definitely not declined because of affordability.

I am taking this matter to the Ombudsman..I have seen many people complain about the same thing about Rcs, it's time we get the reasons for their behavior.
