De*****ed by RCS money credit

I have never had any relationship with this company but I was surprised this year that on my credit profile they claim I took a credit card with 30k ,I have send them my ID copy,proof of address and an affidavit in Feb 2021 and they just quiet and this has affected my credit scores.I was never given any reference number for my complain and contacted by anyone to this date.I have never lost any my ID,and I fail to understand how they did their background check cause the person whom they gave money to ,is not from my city nor work for my company.
