De*****ed by insiders at GAME

I have an account at game made a secondary card for my wife after two weeks it was cloned by inside people of game as they bought 15000 worth of goods in east londen although I stay in Pretoria. I immediately reported it within 1minute when I received the SMS. People within game bought without an ID , but if I have to buy on my account I needed to show my ID. RCS never came back to me after I reported the matter , not a single phone call . They said that the investigation would take 21days it's been almost a month and nothing has happened. People our data is not safe at GAME as these INSIDERS knew exactly how much to spend on the account . Please help to expose RCS.
