DEFAULT ADVERSE LISTING NOT BEING REMOVED FROM ITC

I had an account with Makro/RCS that was handed over to MDB Attorneys in May 2014. I paid up this account November 2014. A paid up letter was only issued to me in April 2015 after numerous calls and email requests, however they have STILL not removed my adverse listing from the 3 credit bureaus. This adverse listing must be removed immediately or I will lodge a complaint with the NCR. I have my paid up letter..... why is it taking almost 1 year to remove the adverse listing? AND DO NOT DARE TELL ME THAT YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE ADVERSE LISTING. YOUR COMPANY HAS THAT MANDATE. Once an account is paid up and a paid up letter is issued, you can remove the listing. I have confirmed this with the NCR. It is just negligence and laziness on your compay's side that my adverse default listing is not updated and REMOVED. And i'm NOT referring to the status being updated as PAID UP!!! I'm referring to the default being REMOVED!!! IF I DO NOT GET FEEDBACK WITHIN 1 HOUR I WILL LODGE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH THE NCR.
