Deductions never stopped

I opened an account with them and the last time I used their card was 2010- 2013 and last bought for R 800 and they have been deducting around R 159.40 ever since and there is no ways that one can pay more than R 7 000 for a purchase of R 800. I stopped the debit order now in August and now they are threatening to hand me over when they are failing to give me a full statement of what I am paying for all this years.
